Food and Mood email groups
The Food and Mood Community Interest Company manages two email groups. These are hosted by Google Groups and are free to join. These groups are not facilitated groups and members can post on any food and mood related topic, and respond to any previous postings.

About email groups
Email groups are very easy to join (or to leave). Just enter your email in the box provided and follow the instructions. When you have joined you will receive a welcome email that tells you about the group and how to post messages. It will also tell you how you can leave the group at any time - no questions asked.
When you email the group, your message is automatically available to each group member to read and respond to. Any group members’ replies can also be seen and responded to by the whole group.
So it's a bit like having a conversation with a group of people, but with the advantage of it being more under your control. The talking can take place at times that suit you, and you have the opportunity to think a bit more about what you want to say or need to ask. If you are new to email groups then, at first, posting a message to the group may feel a bit scary, but this will change and you should soon find the experience both helpful and enjoyable.
If you have any further questions about the Food and Mood email groups please contact us.
We look forward to welcoming you to the groups!
